Customer Raylene Hebert, with daughter, Madeline, left, joined with Jim, Blair, Donna, and Chris Lowey, along with “Bandit,” for a ribbon-cutting ceremony Saturday to celebrate the grand-opening of Lowey’s Greenhouse and Market Gardens, which was rebuilt after a fire there last winter. Though the wind was quite chilly outside, the greenhouses provided warmth and atmosphere reminiscent of true spring weather.
