Elder Willie Wilson, Veteran of the Honour Guard Tim Sinclair, Treaty #3 Grand Council Chief Arnold Gardner, and Deborah Richardson, with Indian and Northern Affairs Canada, stood at attention during a ceremonial Veterans Drum, which was played during the War Veteran and Armed Forces Monument unveiling ceremony Friday afternoon at Manitou Rapids. This memorial has reached its final stage after being a year in progress.
