Two-year-old Emily Fitzgerald climbed through a tunnel during the opening celebration of the Fort Frances “Best Start” hub Saturday at the Fort Frances Children’s Complex. Children and their parents enjoyed music, play stations, and food hosted by the Rainy River District “Best Start” Network.
