Contractors continued paving Central Avenue this morning. Crews started the work on Tuesday, and already have completed the 100 block of Church Street. The 100 block of Scott Street also will be paved, and a new brick sidewalk also is being installed on Central Avenue right now. Once the paving work is done, the road will re-open, with a second phase of work to begin in the spring.
