Chris Pronger of the Anaheim Ducks raised the Stanley Cup up for all to see Wednesday afternoon at the Dryden Regional Health Centre. Yesterday was declared “Chris Pronger Day” in the City of Dryden as Pronger brought the Cup to his hometown. A parade took place downtown followed by an honourary ceremony at the Dryden Memorial Arena, which saw the building renamed after Pronger and his Dryden Eagles jersey retired. —Amanda Roy photo
