With today being World No Tobacco Day, Robins Donuts owner Guy Donaldson showed off a coffee cup jacket encouraging smokers to call the Smokers Helpline. To raise awareness of the international event, the Canadian Cancer Society and Robins Donuts teamed up this week to promote the helpline—a free, confidential service that provides advice about quitting smoking and tobacco use. The helpline is available at 1-877-513-5333. The World Health Organization created World No Tobacco Day in 1987 to draw global attention to the tobacco epidemic and the preventable death and disease it causes. —Duane Hicks photo
