Rose Bowl winners Tiffany Marinaro, left, Annelise Hawrylak, and Shannon Darby were all smiles on Saturday as they were awarded their prizes during the Rainy River District Festival of the Performing Arts annual “highlights concert” at the Townshend Theatre. Marinaro won for vocals, Hawrylak for piano, and Darby for instrumental.
