Contractor Ken Perry put the finishing touches on the concrete slab at the Kiwanis Skate Park yesterday. Crews have now completed phase one of the project, and the skate park organizing committee recently launched a fundraising drive to pay for the second and final stage of construction. –Wes Gilbertson photo
