With a two-day haul of 41.94 pounds, Wayne and Dean Howard won the fourth annual Rainy Lake Fall Bass Classic yesterday afternoon at LaBelle’s Birch Point Camp and a cheque for $5,000—the duo came in fourth last year. Close to 80 teams partcipated in what is the final local fishing tournament of the season and the top-20 teams all had final weights of over 33 pounds. —Emmanuel Moutsatsos
