Over 40 participants walked, ran, rode bikes and in-line skated over the starting line at the Sorting Gap Marina Sunday afternoon during the local CIBC’s “Run for the Cure,” a fundraiser in the fight against breast cancer. They went to Pither’s Point and back. The run here raised $875, bringing the local CIBC’s “Run for the Cure” fundraising total to $3,700, with more donations still coming in. —Duane Hicks photo
