Barbe Dennis, right, and Anna Demchuk, teachers at Mine Centre School, were showered with the spray from a wet sponge last Wednesday during the school’s annual “Toonies for Autism” fundraiser. With a population of just over 80 students, the school was able to raise more than $500—topping last year’s $300 total.
