Crash tips sought

The OPP is continuing its investigation into the cause of a crash in the early-morning hours of Friday that left three people injured.
Officers confirmed an 18-year-old female received serious but non-life threatening injuries when the 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt she was driving struck two hydro poles on the 1200 block of Second Street East just before 4:50 a.m.
An 18-year-old female passenger also received serious but non-life threatening injuries while a 35-year-old male passenger suffered minor injuries.
All three occupants were able to exit the vehicle, and were transported to La Verendrye Hospital before the vehicle became engulfed in flames.
All the occupants are residents of Rainy River District.
The block remained closed until Friday afternoon while Fort Frances Power Corp. completed the necessary repairs to the hydro poles.
