Police probing suspicious death

Treaty Three Police Service (T3PS) and the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are continuing their investigation into a suspicious death that occurred on Wednesday at the Ojibways of Onigaming First Nation.
Treaty Three Police officers were dispatched to a residence for a male in need of assistance.
Police and ambulance personnel attended the location and found an adult male dead inside the apartment.
An injured adult female was transported to hospital where she remains in serious but stable condition.
The deceased male has been identified as Christopher Lee Jack, 38, of Ojibways of Onigaming First Nation.
A post mortem examination was conducted yesterday at the Lake of the Woods District Hospital in Kenora.
At this time the cause of death is not being released.
