Yesterday around 8:30 a.m., members of the Kenora OPP detachment were called to the Norman Dam, where workers located a body floating at the intake to the dam.
The OPP’s Marine Unit attended, as well as the Kenora Fire Department, to assist with the recovery.
A post-mortem examination is expected to take place tomorrow at Lake of the Woods District Hospital in Kenora.
An investigation is continuing into the situation.
