The Emo Spray Park continues to remain close after it broke down late last month.
The township quickly ordered a new part, plus a spare one, to replace the piece of equipment that stopped functioning.
They were not given an exact shipping date of the part, but told it would take one to three weeks.
The part has not yet arrived, but once it does, it will not take long to replace and get the spray park open again.
Spray park use was also temporarily interrupted in June when there was a short in the electrical circuit.
The Public Works crew was able to control the short and immediately set to work correcting the problem.
They were able to provide a temporary fix while new parts were ordered and installed.
Public Works will also be looking at what other replacement pieces they can have on hand, to minimize any further interruptions at the spray park.
The spray park closes for the season on Sept. 15.
