For the second time in as many weeks, Mother Nature wreaked havoc over the Emo Speedway as inclement weather conditions forced the cancellation of racing on Saturday night.
While it was sunny for most of the day, a brief but heavy rain shower at 7 p.m. proved just enough to dampen the proceedings, and bring a premature end to the night’s action.
Racing is slated to resume, weather permitting, on Saturday night with Hot Laps taking place at 7 p.m, with the green flag dropping on the first heat races of the night at 7:30 p.m.
