Dear editor:
I am writing in response to Kathryn Pierroz’s letter to the editor printed in the Jan. 11 edition of the Times.
As a reminder to all of us, it is written:
“You shall not misuse the name of the Lord your God, for the Lord will not hold anyone guiltless who misuses his name.” (Deuteronomy 5:11)
But it is also written:
“But for you who revere my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings.” (Malachi 4:2)
