After suffering back-to-back setbacks in local men’s basketball league action, Boston Pizza returned to the win column this past Wednesday night thanks to a 75-63 win over the Rendez-Vous.
Rob McGinnis led the way for Boston Pizza, which improved to 8-4, with 23 points.
Toby Munro, meanwhile, had 17 points for the Vous, who remain in the league’s basement with an 1-11 mark.
Wednesday night’s other game saw the Muskies (6-6) default to league-leading Taggs (9-3) due to a lack of players.
League play continues next Wednesday at Fort High when the Muskies take on the Vous at 6:30 p.m., followed by Boston Pizza versus Taggs at 8 p.m.
