Tara Tovey and Jamie Bragg appeared at the Fort Frances Courthouse on March 22, at which time charges against them for possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking were withdrawn.
Each had been charged with one count of that offence.
Bragg, however, did receive a conditional discharge and 12 months’ probation on one count of possession of a controlled substance.
The pair was arrested and charged by police last June.
