Fort Frances native Steve Arpin put together his second-best ARCA RE/MAX Series result on Saturday at the Pocono 200 in Long Pond, Penn.
Arpin was seventh after qualifying with a best lap time of 55.42, then led for four laps in the early going of the race before Joey Logano took over.
Logano, a regular on the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series who was using the ARCA race as a tune-up, took the checkered flag ahead of Justin Lofton.
Patrick Kilgerman finished third.
Lofton, a teammate of Arpin’s with Eddie Sharp Racing, leads the ARCA points race with 1,910 while Kilgerman is in second with 1,800.
Frank Kimmel rounds out the top three with 1,619 points.
Arpin currently is ninth with 1,385 to date.
The next race on the ARCA circuit is the Racing for Wildlife 200 from the Michigan International Speedway this Friday (June 12).
