Those driving along Frog Creek Road already may have noticed a change in the landscape of the Fort Frances Airport.
“Basically, we’re having all the wood logged off the airport,” said airport superintendent Bill Caul.
“It was a safety issue, so we had to address it,” he noted, adding all of the trees on the airport’s property will be coming down.
“Trees were infringing upon the approaches, so it was affecting the safety of aircraft,” Caul explained.
