Traffic through the Portage Avenue underpass will only have one lane open to through traffic from 7 a.m.-6 p.m. tomorrow and Thursday.
This requirement will allow JTJ Contracting’s subcontractor, Geo-Foundations, to perform another round of lift-off tests on the newly-installed soil anchors on the east abutment wall.
The town apologizes for the short notice as they were just made aware of this requirement earlier today.
