Get ready to “sing” the praises of the Border Skating Club.
The local figure skating club’s annual ice show—which goes tomorrow at 7 p.m. and again Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Ice for Kids Arena—features a “Broadway” theme for its 37th edition, with 87 skaters taking part in 25 numbers.
The show will include solo, pairs, and group routines skated to the themes of popular Broadway shows like “Phantom of the Opera,” “Rent,” “Cats,” “Hairspray,” and “Chicago,” among many
others.
Tickets, available in advance at the Memorial Sports Centre front desk and Skates & Blades, cost $12 for adults, $8 for students/seniors, and $15 for a weekend pass.
Children four and under are free.
