Riverside Health Care Facilities, Inc. will be conducting on-site surveys at each of its facilities during the week of Feb. 23 through March 1.
The goal of the survey is to determine the level of satisfaction with regard to Riverside’s services and facilities.
“We want to know if we are meeting the needs of our consumers,” said Riverside president and CEO Wayne Woods.
“We’re definitely hoping for good results, however all feedback will be viewed as an opportunity to improve our services,” he added.
The public is encouraged to complete a survey if they are at La Verendrye Hospital, Emo Health Centre, Rainy River Health Centre, Rainycrest Long-Term Care, or the Community Health Services Building during the week of Feb. 23-March 1.
Everyone who enters the building for any reason can complete a survey.
“It may be someone who is attending an appointment for physiotherapy, or someone who is coming to visit a patient,” explained Woods.
The survey can be completed anonymously, and drop boxes will be available for completed surveys at all public exits.
