Dear editor:
I would to like to correct a statement made by [Coun. Ken] Perry regarding our public library.
We are not reducing the library hours to 25 hours a week nor is there any planned reduction in hours. The library is open fewer hours in the summer during June, July, and August, but this is not new.
We continue to operate 35 hours per week during the rest of the year.
