Fort Frances native Steve Arpin is preparing for the race of his life tomorrow.
Arpin qualified 32nd out of 54 drivers with a time of 50.395 going into the 80-lap Lucas Oil Slick Mist 200 at the Daytona International Speedway.
He was slightly off the pace of pole-sitter Matt Carter, who clocked a time of 49.187 seconds.
Tomorrow’s race can be seen live on the Speed Network beginning at 3 p.m. (CT).
