On behalf of the Kidney Foundation, I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank everyone who made our March door-to-door canvass a huge success.
Through our loyal captains, canvassers, and contributors, we raised 7,113 in our area this year, which covered Fort Frances, Couchiching, Stanjikoming, Blackhawk, and Finland.
We are very appreciative of your support, especially in this time of so many worthy causes; and we want to assure you your contributions will be used wisely.
With more and more people in Canada suffering from kidney disease, the Kidney Foundation will continue research, patient services, organ donor awareness, and public education.
We will again be at the Women’s Health Symposium coming up May 10, so please drop by and pick up pamphlets or ask questions about organ donation and kidney disease.
