Two Fort Frances males have been charged with aggravated assault stemming from an incident early Friday morning near the Mohawk gas station, the OPP reported this morning.
Andrew Spellman, 20, and Lucas Arden, 19, were scheduled to appear in court this morning for the purpose of setting a date for a show cause hearing, police said.
The 28-year-old male victim, who was not identified by police, received serious but non-life threatening injuries as a result of the assault, police said.
He is recovering in hospital, police added.
