Angie Korzinski was the early-bird winner in the “Fun in the Sun” NHL raffle.
She won two tickets to see the San Jose Sharks play the Minnesota Wild, as well as hotel accommodations and travel money.
The grand prize draw for the “FITS” NHL raffle will be made Thursday, Jan. 24.
That draw will be for a choice of one of four NHL games, hotel accommodations, and $1,500 in travel money.

Meanwhile, Dennis Hewko of Ingersoll, Ont. was the winner of the Fort Frances High School band’s raffle for a new pickup truck.
The draw for 2008 GMC Sierra 4×4 was made Dec. 27. Proceeds from the raffle, which saw 800 of the 1,000 tickets sold, will go to the FFHS band’s trip to Italy in 2009.
