Just a thought

Dear sir:
What an interesting wee article about the Lion’s Park fountain in last week’s Times. More interesting were the remarks made regarding the implied ineptitude of local volunteer organizations and people.
I would almost bet Fort Frances council needn’t worry about a project of this sort going bad in the future. What volunteer wants to be branded as “unskillful?”
Gee, was that all volunteer work on the school, arena, etc., etc., etc.–all projects that were so far over budget? Just a thought.
