Amazing support

Dear sir:
The “chem-free” grad party held last Wednesday evening was a tremendous success. The Class of 2001 enjoyed a memorable graduation celebration filled with fund and friendship.
This party would not have been possible without the amazing support we received. Our sincere thank you and appreciation to all those who contributed to this event:
•to the “chem-free” committee members who helped us put it all together in just seven weeks;
•to the parents and community volunteers who assisted with all aspects of holding the event;
•to the service clubs, business community, and individuals who supported us financially, provided services, and donated draw prizes for the grads; and
•to the 117 students who attended–thank you for the appreciation and gratitude you expressed, the responsible way you all behaved, and most of all for the energy and enthusiasm that lasted all night.
You are a fine group of young adults and it was our pleasure to have had the opportunity to share this special evening with you.
We hope the community will continue to support this celebration in future years. It is an exciting yet responsible way to celebrate a graduation–and the graduates will remember it for the rest of their lives.
