Blood donor clinic starts tomorrow

The first blood donor clinic of 2002 will be held at Fort Frances High School tomorrow from 4:30-8:30 p.m. and again Thursday from noon-3 p.m. and 5-9 p.m.
The quota for this clinic is 385.
At the clinic in May, 2001, the quota was 370. Some 369 donors turned out—just one short!
A reminder that regular donors must be between the age of 17 and 71, while first-time donors must be between 17 and 61. Donors must weigh at least 110 pounds.
Donors also are reminded to eat before donating, and to bring along identification bearing your full name and signature, or photo.
The blood donor clinics are co-ordinated by the La Verendrye General Hospital Auxiliary, whose volunteer members look forward to seeing you at this clinic.
