Dear editor:
I’ve recently returned from a March Break visit to Fort Frances to spend time with my family. During this time, I visited with my father, Vern O’Donnell, at Rainycrest, and wish to pass along how impressed I was with the facility.
It takes special kinds of people to care for the elderly, and Rainycrest is a well-maintained, clean, and caring environment.
I would like to thank the staff and volunteers for their tireless contributions, and the good doctors who make rounds to ensure their safe care.
Furthermore, the Super 8 was friendly and a great place to stay with children and pets, and the coffee at Timmy’s was great (thanks Gord). We even found a puppy-sitter on Church Street when we ventured out for dinner at the Rendez-Vous with family.
And finally, the spectacular jog on the riverfront brought back many memories of time long past.
Enjoy your town, Fort Frances! See you in the summer “up the lakes.” (Signed),
Lisbeth O’Donnell-Lippert
(a.k.a. Betsy)
