CANDACE RAE PERRAULT

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Candace Rae Perrault, who was found deceased on September 21, 2026, at the age of 51.

She was born on April 29th 1975, in Fort Frances, Ont., to Valentine Sr. and Eleanor Perrault. She was a very outgoing, fun-loving, caring, crazy aunty, sister, and friend. She was predeceased by her mother and father, Valentine Sr. and Eleanor Perrault; brothers Blaine and Shayne Perrault; sister Pamela Perrault, Niece Shelby McDonald; aunties Ramona Lewis, Patricia Grover, Elaine Jourdain, Diane Mainville, Florence Ness, Elsie Murray; uncles Vernon Perrault, Joe Natawence, Dempsey Calder; Grandmas Helen Shepard and Florence Perrault; Grandpa Gilbert Perrault Sr.

Candace loved spending her time with her favourite person, Bella. Bella was the inspiration and motivation of her life. Whatever Bella wanted, Auntie Candace made it happen. “My Honey,” her fur baby was by her side until the end. “My Honey” is now in the care of Bella.

Candace enjoyed spending time with family and close friends. Candace’s greatest joys in life were when family would get together. Having her family together was of great importance to her. Candace had a try at crocheting, loved shopping, playing cards, journaling, trying her luck with scratch tickets, cooking and trying new recipes. Her nieces and nephews were her everything; she was “Aunty No Panty.” She had a big heart, helping anyone in need, and making friends wherever she would go.

Candace is now back to laughing with her best friend, Krista Turcotte, who she had greatly missed. We will always remember her with her cozy hugs, and her loud memorable laugh. We will forever miss her loving presence, and visits that filled our hearts.
