Students from schools in Fort Frances had a first-hand look at the making of bannock at Seven Generation Education Institute’s (SGEI) Rainy Lake campus as part of their Fall Harvest event held last week on Thursday, Sept. 24 and Friday, Sept. 25. Students learned about several different Anishinaabe fall-time traditions, including processing wild game and preparing wild rice.
