NESTOR FALLS — The Moose n’ Fiddle Music Festival will return to Caliper Lake Provincial Park in Nestor Falls for two days this August, featuring a musical lineup from across Canada.
Known affectionately as “the cool little festival at the lake,” Moose n’ Fiddle has earned a loyal following on the summer touring circuit by offering something increasingly rare: an intimate and authentic festival experience where artists and audiences connect in meaningful ways.
“What makes Moose n’ Fiddle special is the feeling people have when they arrive,” community programmer Brooke Hatfield said in a press release. “Artists are steps away from the audience. Friends gather around picnic tables between sets. Families spend the day at the lake and stay into the evening for incredible music under the stars. It’s relaxed, welcoming and unmistakably northern.”
The festival, hosted in partnership with the Township of Sioux Narrows–Nestor Falls, runs Aug. 21 and 22 and will showcase “a little Indie, a little folk, a little bluegrass — and a whole lot of fun,” festival organizers said, and will feature artisan vendors, local food experiences, craft beverages, camping, swimming, trail walking, yoga, spaghetti and sundaes for breakfast and “all the natural beauty that makes Caliper Lake Provincial Park a treasured summer destination.”
“For everyone who joins us year after year, we simply want to say thank you,” festival curator Dee Lysak said. “And for those who have not yet experienced the Moose n’ Fiddle, we invite you to make 2026 the year you discover the magic that happens under a canopy of tall pines and along the water’s edge.”
Below is this year’s lineup.
