Stinking mess

Dear sir:
I would like to draw attention to a roadway in Miscampbell between Lots No. 4 and 5, Concession No. 1.
This roadway was taken off road maintenance and repairs under chairman Jim Gill of the Miscampbell roads board. However, the board neglected to close the entrance, allowing unworthy citizens to dispose garbage there.
The revenue from this area’s road tax of over 70 years is being used to service entrances leading from Highway 611.
I contacted Bill Darby of the Ministry of Natural Resources about this garbage and was informed someone would look into this mess.
At this time, the moose and deer hides and carcasses are still decaying, causing staunch odours and flies to spread diseases into the environment.
