Highbury Energy Inc. CEO Len Bykowski, left, and Thunder Bay-Rainy River MP Marcus Powlowski spoke to media regarding a proposed biorefinery that the Wanagekong-Biiwega’iganan Clean Energy Corporation (WBCEC) is planning to build and operate in Fort Frances. The project is expected to see waste biomass and wood product from around the region processed and turned into low-carbon fuel for transportation.
