There may have been a Grinch (or two or three) in the Fort Frances Kiwanis Christmas Parade, but no one could steal the Christmas spirit from those on the floats and walking in the parade. Despite the cold night people lined Scott St. for a view of Santa Claus and some Christmas cheer.
