The Couchiching First Nation War Veterans and Peacetime Armed Forces Memorial Site stood decorated in memorial wreaths following Remembrance Day ceremonies held there yesterday, November 11, 2024. Dozens of people turned out to the memorial site to pay their respects to those who served and gave up their lives during world conflicts to protect their friends, families and countries back home.
