Uber Eats has rolled into Fort Frances

As of yesterday, Fort Frances can order delivery through the Uber Eats app or website. The delivery service is available in over 300 cities across the country, and has announced its latest expansion to Renfrew, Fort Frances, Gravenhurst, Arnprior, Hanover, Goderich, Ingersoll, Listowel, Wallaceburg, Dryden, Aylmer, Braeside, Appleton, and L’Original.

The service is starting small, with plans to expand offerings as stores and restaurants sign on and more drivers become available. According to ther app, the service currently offers Tim Hortons, M&M Food Market, Subway and Pizza Hut, with more expected to come on board. As new outlets and drivers come online, the service is expected to continually improve.

Uber Eats is expecting to launch an exclusive agreement with Dominos Pizza in the coming months.

The company is offering free delivery as an introductory offer.

“Our expansion into Fort Frances and Dryden also means that we’re creating flexible earning opportunities for people from all walks of life who choose to deliver on the platform,” said a release.
