Emo OPP officers have charged a Fort Frances man in connection with a single vehicle motor vehicle accident that occurred early Saturday morning on Highway 613.
The 20-year-old behind the wheel was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level over 80 mg, police reported.
He was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court here Nov. 22, police added.
Five of the six occupants of the 2003 Chevrolet Avalanche were taken to La Verendrye Hospital with non-life threatening injuries after it rolled over shortly after 3 a.m., police said.
