Registered practical nurse Sylvia Hyatt is running for a seat on Emo council. Her family includes Brent Hyatt of Emo and Bradley Hyatt of Devlin.
She has been the president of a CUPE local for 15 years and has 29 years’ nursing experience which she feels would be beneficial to the position she is seeking.
Hyatt wants to be of service to the community and hold fairer property taxation as one of her major issues.
