Muskies drop first game

The Muskie boys’ soccer team was blanked 2-0 by the Cardinal Carter Cougars this morning in their opening game at the all-Ontarios in St. Catharines.
Fort High was back in action at 11 a.m. (CDT) today against the Nicholson Crusaders of Belleville (the outcome wasn’t available by press time).
The second-seeded Muskies then wrap up the round-robin portion of the tournament tomorrow with games against the Wellington Heights Wolverines at 7 a.m. (CDT) and the Bayridge Blazers at 10 a.m. (CDT).
The top two teams in Pool ‘B’ will advance to the quarter-finals later tomorrow.
The semi-finals and final will be held Wednesday.
