Sight & Sound will look to remain perfect in Rainy River District Fastball League action when they visit Sabaskong tonight.
The Fort Frances-based team currently boasts a 4-0 record thanks, in large part, to its potent offence.
A veritable run-scoring machine, Sight & Sound scored a combined 17 runs in their two victories last week, including a 7-6 win Tuesday night on the road against previously-unbeaten Stratton.
Harvey Flamand (1-0) picked up the victory while Bob Andy homered to lead the offence.
Guy Arpin (1-1) was tagged with the loss.
Then on Thursday night, Andy belted his league-leading fourth homer as Sight & Sound topped Big Grassy 10-8 at VanJura Stadium here.
Flamand earned his second victory of the season while Bob Copenace (0-1) was handed the loss.
In other RRDFL action tonight, Stratton (3-1) travels to International Falls (1-2), Barwick (2-2) visits Big Grassy (0-4), and Rainy River (3-1) hosts Big Island (1-3).
Stratton bounced back from its loss to Sight & Sound with a narrow 6-5 win over Big Island last Thursday night.
Arpin went deep for Stratton while Charlie Kelly homered twice in a losing cause.
Also last Thursday, Rainy River doubled Sabaskong 6-3 despite surrendering home runs to Rob McGinnis and Eagle Copenace while Barwick edged International Falls 6-5.
Aaron Caul hit his first round-tripper of the season for the Falls.
