Metal group Kincaide returns to Fort Frances next week for a second show in as many months, but will be offering a special bonus for their fans this time around.
The Urban Multipurpose Aboriginal Youth Centre is hosting a “Meet the Band” barbecue on Wednesday (May 17) from 3:30-6:30 p.m. for anyone who wants to chat with the five band members.
Kenora band Last Day Fading then will take the stage at 7 p.m., followed by Kincaide.
UMAYC co-ordinator Grant Perreault said the band agreed to return due to the great public response from its last concert at the Royal Canadian Legion here back in April.
A burger, chips, and pop will cost $3.50 at the barbecue while a bannock burger, chips, and pop will cost $4.50. Tickets for the concert are $7 each.
Both events will take place at the UMAYC (616 Mowat Ave.)
