According to Kolin Beck, Project Manager for of LH North due to construction rehabilitation and repair on the #11 Highway bridge at Pinewood, On there will be closures for one hour periods From 12:00 (midnight) to 4:00 am scheduled for Wednesday, Sept 14, 2022 while the bridge deck is lifted and bearing plates are replaced.
During this minor closure, vehicles may detour around the bridge by going north on Hwy 619 for approximately one mile west on Nelles/Dilke Town line to Gagne Rd and back south On Gagne Rd to # 11, according to a look on Google Maps. Traffic from the west could reverse the detour route turning north on Gagne Rd, then east on Nelles/Dilke and then back south on #619 to # 11 junction at Pinewood. Caution must be taken as the detour involves crossing the busy CN rail mainline twice.
Additional short delays may be required due to unforeseen circumstances.
