The big guy himself paid a special visit to Fort Frances, to the delight of the young and young at heart, during the Fort Frances Christ- mas Parade. After a year off, and a plea for new volunteer help, the event was adopted by the Kiwanis Club. The event has enjoyed rave reviews on social media. Look for more photos in the Wednesday Times.
