Fort Frances Lakers volunteer Bob Crowe helps cook wild rice and fish in a fundraising fish fry on Saturday, at the Metis Hall. Patrons were lined up down the block for the popular event. The Lakers have a tentative season start of mid-November, depending on COVID restrictions in municipal rinks.
