John Basil Riordon, 74, of Thunder Bay, Ont., passed away peacefully, with his family at his side, on Friday, Nov. 20, 2015.
John was born July 20, 1941 in St. Boniface, Man. to Winnieford Greer and John Riordon.
He leaves to mourn his son, John Riordon (Tammy), and daughter, Colleen Doran (Peter); and grandchildren, Marc (Coreen) and Mitchell Riordon, and Tasmin and Tara Doran.
He also is survived by his great-granddaughters, Madison and Grace Riordon.
John was predeceased by his parents; sister, Margaret, age four, in 1942; and his son, Wade (eight months) in 1961.
At dad’s request, there will be no funeral service.
Interment will take place at the Atikokan cemetery at a later date.
